Protect Homeowners and Neighborhoods

Homeownership is the foundation of stable neighborhoods and generational opportunity, but Albany and City Hall continue to push top-down policies like City of Yes that threaten local communities. These mandates override neighborhood voices, increase density without infrastructure, and drive up costs for homeowners who did everything right. Staten Island and outer Brooklyn should not be treated as experiments by bureaucrats. As State Senator, I will defend property rights, protect community character, and fight government overreach that puts homeowners at risk.

My votes in the State Senate will support

• Opposing City of Yes style mandates that ignore local input
• Protecting one- and two-family homes and property owners
• Preserving neighborhood character and local decision-making
